pets who need additional brushing for tangles or minimal mats will be charged $10 for every additional 30 minutes past the included time.

shave-out and de-mat fee - $25/ 60 additional mins.

Pets that are Heavily matted will be charged an additional fee for every additional 30 minutes past the included time.
