Do I need to provide vaccine records?
Yes! Proof of vaccines is required before grooming. If your pup needs shots, book a groom at least 24hrs after the vaccine is given.
What vaccines do I need for my pup to get groomed?
At 8 weeks, pups need all initial shots, and at 14 weeks, their first rabies vaccine is required. After the initial shots, proof of rabies is needed every 1 to 3 years based on the vaccine administered.
What do I need to provide in order to book an appt with you?
All that’s needed is proof of vaccines and a medical history! Before the appointment you’ll need to fill out some paperwork that’ll provide me with all the info I need!
What if i need to cancel my appointment!
I have no fee for late cancellations now, but please try to provide at least 24hr notice. In the future, this policy may change if late cancellations become an issue.
How far out do you book!
I book 3 months out!
Can I watch you groom my dog?
Unfortunately The salon space I currently work out of requires I keep minimal vehicle and foot traffic coming in and out. because of this I only allow drop off and pick up at the scheduled times!
Do you provide cat grooms?
I currently offer cat versions of my 'Pamper Package.' Check my service list for details.
Why is my price more than what’s listed
If the price i quoted is higher than what you see as my “base” price it could be for any number of factors. If your pup requires more extensive care, typically anything that takes more than 2 hrs, there is an up charge of $25 per extra hour it takes to complete the groom.
Why don’t you have regular business hours?
Due to my busy schedule my business hours vary! if you’re interested in a certain date please feel free to call and I’ll work with any schedule!
